A. The forthcoming contest will be organized in 2010. The dates will be announced on the website.

A. The last date for receiving the entries will be announced on the website.

3. Q. What are the Categories I can enter?

A. The contest consists of 7 different categories. They are:

• Storyboards of TVC's, Films, Animation Films
• Slogans/Lyrics/Songs
• Print Ads/Cartoons
• Campaign Ideas
• Posters/Outdoor Media
• Photography
• Innovative Merchandise Materials

One can enter as many categories as one wishes. Multiple entries are valid in any / all categories.

4. Q. What are the Eligibility Criteria?

5. Q. What are the formats one can use for the Creatives?

A. The entries may be submitted online or via post in the following formats.

* Your artwork must be in both JPEG/PDF and Corel draw Version 11/12. Please ensure that all bitmaps should be supplied at a resolution of no less than 300 dpi.

6. Q. How do I send in my entries?

7. Q. When would the Awards be Announced?

A. The final awards will be announced on the website. The finalists will be informed about the same, provided they have given their correct email ids.

8. Q. How do I send my Video files larger than the Specification Mentioned?

A. You may send us the CD / DVD for the same and we will upload the same for you.

9. Q. Will I be able to customize the promotional material before the Award Announcement?

A. No. The creatives will be modifiable / editable only post the announcement of the Awards.

10. Q. Will my original creative remain on the website even if it is customized or modified by someone else?

A. Yes. The original creatives will remain in a separate category, while those modified will appear under another.

11. Q. How will Population First ensure that the original creative is not misused?

A. PF will ask all registered members to sign and accept  “Terms & Conditions” online to prevent anyone from misusing the creatives posted on the web.

12. Q. How will PF ensure that my creative when used by someone, Acknowledges me in the same?

A. PF will ask all registered members to accept terms and conditions. Specifically to those who would be downloading or modifying the material from this website to assure that the original author of the creative is acknowledged.

13. Q. How do I Download and Edit / Customize / Modify any Material?

A. There is a well defined tutorial for all users when they register themselves.

14. Q. Is there a fee payable on the Downloads?

A. No. There is no fee payable for the Downloads.

15. Q. Do I have to pay a fee to enter the Contest?

A. No there is no fee to enter the Contest.

16. Q. Is there an age limit to enter the Contest?

A. No. There isn’t an age limit to enter the Contest.

17. Q. Are entries in Regional languages valid? And do I send in the translation along with it?

A. We encourage receiving entries in regional languages. We insist that a translation (in English/Hindi/both) of the same be provided along with it.

18. Q. Can I send in Multiple Entries?

A.Yes. Multiple entries are valid in any / all Categories.

19. Q. How will I be informed about the Awards after the Jury Selection?

A. We will be sending regular updates on the progress to all registered members and the final results. They will also appear on the website.

20. Q. When will I be able to see the entries posted by the other Participants?

A. All entries will be viewable after the winning entries have been announced.
